France
French photographer Sebastien Nogier was born in Nîmes, southern France, and is based in Nice on the French Riviera. After obtaining his degree in photography, he begin to work with locals newspapers Dauphiné Libéré, l'Union de Reims and Nice-Matin. Following his time with Nice-Matin he worked as stringer with different press agencies like IP3 Press, Reuters, and AFP. Sebastien then joined epa in 2012.

During his different experiences, he covered such topics as the Germanwings crash, the migrant crisis on the French-Italian border, the Egyptian revolution, the Cannes Film Festival, Tour de France cycling and Formula One.
