Friedemann Vogel
Born in Germany in 1980, Friedemann discovered his love for photography early and produced his first photo documentary at just 16 years of age when he traveled Europe’s then-poorest country Romania. He has been with epa since 2017 after living in Brazil for four years. He has been epa’s bureau chief for Germany, Austria and Switzerland since 2021. He also reinforces epa field teams for major events such as at the G20 Summit in Hamburg in 2017 or the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
